20. Context: All of the Bars to the left

When placing a trade, pay attention to context:

• Context is the big picture.

• Context is all the bars to the left.

In this example, the context is bearish. The Bull reversal bar is only a minor reversal.

Instead of take a long trade, the better way is to follow the bearish trend, follow the L1 signal bar.

And wait for the bear trend to resume.
