3. Support and Resistance

Support: sell off to the lower price are likely to pause or reverse.

Resistance: rally back the higher price are likely to stall or reverse.

• People believes when the price hit to the Support/Resistance again, the price action will be the same again. NOT always, but most of the time.

• Support and Resistance DOES NOT mean reverse, price can also pause & stall there.
