7. Technicals and Fundamentals
Technical Analysis:
look at the charts, that show prices.
how the price moves
how is up/down, sideways
how strong, how much momentum
Fundamental Analysis:
Economic information
They mostly ignore chart, but NOT ENTIRELY
They still look at the charts, and buy more when price hit some particular places, example: when price hits the moving average, they will buy more.
They make decisions based on fundamental information, but they trade still looks at charts.
